1. Can I refund or exchange the items I have purchased?
No. All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. What if the item I received is wrong or damaged?
We sincerely apologies if this happens. Please do inform us within 24 hours upon receiving the product.
Kindly take a picture of the wrong/damaged item and email it to email@example.com within 5 working days from date of receipt. Otherwise, we will assume that you are satisfied with the item.
For wrong item received, we will exchange the wrong item with the correct item for you, provided the wrong item has not been opened / used (seal MUST be intact) and still in good condition. All shipment cost will be completely on our expense.
For damaged item received, once we have inspected them, we will either issue a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and a partial refund may be issued.
